ORGANIZER

Organizers act as outreach representatives for InclusivityHK in geographic areas of Hong Kong as well as in their specific communities. Field organizers reach out to specific geographic areas (see this map for which geographic region you fall under), while constituency organizers reach out to specific communities (examples of communities include: Muslim, South Asian, LGBT+). Constituency organizers must be a part of the communities that they’re applying to reach out to. Likewise, field organizers must live/go to school in the region that they are applying to organize in. 

Organizers will be responsible for hosting events at/with their assigned group, conveying/voicing the concerns of these communities during discussions, developing relationships in their community and working to increase InclusivityHK’s support of/presence in their communities.
