QUARANTEENS AGAINST XENOPHOBIA
Quaranteens Against Xenophobia was a global awareness campaign dedicated to mobilizing young people to fight the rising tide of anti-Asian xenophobia in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. Inclusivity Hong Kong founded this campaign and built a coalition of organizations from around the world united by the common goal of fighting sinophobia. Founded on the principles of solidarity, justice and equity, Quaranteens Against Xenophobia hosted social media days of action, webinars, and released educational materials to further the goals of this campaign. This campaign garnered support from organizations ranging from the US Youth Climate Strike to the Japanese American Citizens League (the oldest AAPI civil rights organization in the United States), and was featured in TeenVogue magazine.
